Gower Golf Club
Outstanding golf, Four star accommodation & great hospitality are all assured for those who visit. A setting on the fringe of the fabulous “Gower Peninsula” makes for an ideal break away to experience beautiful Welsh countryside and hospitality.
The 18-hole Donald Steel designed golf course is a challenge to all levels of golfers. Strategically placed hazards will test the best golfers while remaining a pleasure for the handicap player. The Gower is home to ‘The Gower Gauntlet’ one of the county’s prestigious scratch tournaments and despite the talented golfers who play, the course record is just 67. The course is recognised by many as one of the best of the new courses in Wales and is regularly used by the county for Channel League matches. At 6441 yards, this par 71 is a thoroughly enjoyable challenge.
Our hospitality is of the highest order, and a light snack or a formal banquet will receive the best of attention. Our on-site accommodation comprises two traditional barn conversions. All rooms are twin/double and have en-suite facilities. We have a four-star rating from the Wales Tourist Board.
